Connection is the work.
Most adults aren't suffering from pathology — they're suffering from disconnection. A 2023 Surgeon General's report named loneliness a public health crisis. The cure isn't an app or a worksheet. It's other people, in the same room, over time.
We build that on purpose.
How it works.
Three commitments that make our groups feel different from everything else.
01
Gather in small groups.
Six to ten people. The same group, every week. No drop-ins, no shuffling, no strangers every time.
02
Around something shared.
A walk in the forest. A garden plot. A book. A game. The activity is the doorway — the connection is the point.
03
Led by trained facilitators.
Our facilitators are teachers, therapists, and life coaches. We're not here to fix you. We're here to hold space while you find your people.
Find your group.
Two programs, designed to actually work. More on the way.
