Questions, answered.
What games do you play?
The cohort decides together in week one. Past groups have played Stardew Valley, Lethal Company, and various co-op titles.
Do I need to be good at games?
No. We pick titles that work for mixed skill levels.
What this is. And isn't.
My Journey Path is coaching, not therapy. We don't treat clinical mental health conditions. If you're looking for therapy, we'll help you find a qualified clinician — and it won't be us.
