Forest Walk and Talk
A walk in the woods, with a small group and tea at the end.

What it is.
A weekly outdoor walking group on local forest trails, ending with a quiet tea ceremony. Walking activates the parasympathetic nervous system and side-by-side conversation tends to go deeper than face-to-face. The tea at the end is the anchor.

Questions, answered.
What if I'm not in great walking shape?
The pace is conversational, not athletic. Trails are flat and accessible.
What happens if it rains?
We move to a covered pavilion or reschedule. You'll always know by 7 AM that morning.
What this is. And isn't.
My Journey Path is coaching, not therapy. We don't treat clinical mental health conditions. If you're looking for therapy, we'll help you find a qualified clinician — and it won't be us.
